Structure and features:

Structure is simple and compact. Low fluid resistance. Can be used to produce huge equipment . But durability to pressure and temperature is lower than that of block model. Applicable to non-strong impact, minor vibration existing circumstances, better to be cooler and condenser. After treated with special procedure, the heat exchanger can be used as normal heating equipment.

This equipment is specified to model- and model- , model- without gas-liquid separator, model- with gas-liquid separator. Model- should be applied to condenser.

This equipment normally build up of φ32/φ22mm extruding graphite pipe, can also be made intoφ50/φ36mm graphite-pipe built tubular graphitic heat exchanger.

Floating tubesheet and steel cylinder can be sealed with PTFE.

Design temperature:  as heater: -20~120

                               as cooler: -20~130

Design pressure: shell side: ≤0.4MPa tube side: ≤0.2MPa

Size; 5~1000M²
